内容証明郵便とは
Content-certified mails are a presenting date of mail,
the sender, an address, and a system where postal-services
incorporated company which is a special-purpose company proves
the contents of the document with copy.
内容証明郵便は郵便物の差出日付、差出人、宛先、文書の内容を特殊会社である郵便事業株式会社（通称:
日本郵便）が謄本により証明する制度です。

しかし、内容証明を利用するメリットはまさにその「文書の存在とその内容を郵便事業が第三者として証明する」点にあります。内容と日付が日本郵便により証明されるので、後に裁判になったときに証拠として利用でき、また、裁判にならなくても、「言った、言わないの水掛け論になる」心配がなくなります。

reducing request", "a claim of cooling-off", "a notice of
deposit", and "a notice of deposited money reservation",

また、「時効援用」「消滅時効停止請求」「債権譲渡の通知」「相殺の通知」「遺留分減殺請求」「クーリングオフの請求」「供託の通知」「供託金留保の通知」等、内容証明郵便を送ることで効力が発生するものも存在します。

and studied Constitution of Japan by Shigenori Watanabe who
